LeaderFolk: An Inclusive Look Inside the Jewish Community is a podcast that I developed and host on the Jewfolk Podcast Network. The first season premiered on April 10, 2020 and featured 30 Jewish leaders across 26 episodes. In each weekly episode, I interviewed a Jewish leader with a marginalized gender identity about their background, passions, and leadership journeys. My deep curiosity about people, equity, and leadership turned my leisure pastime and podcast obsession into a revenue driver for my organization and a personal opportunity to learn from leaders at various stages of their careers all across the country.
